Dragon Age: Origins - really loved the world and the writing, but I wasn't actually crazy about the combat mechanics.
Mass Effect 2: Planet scanning sucked (time).

Half Life: Amazing game, but I found the alien planet sections tedious. Some good bits in there, but I enjoyed the bits on Earth more. Really didn't enjoy the final boss battle.

Halo Reach - Yeah, your campaign was delicious, but I have to admit it; you killed the franchise. I'd love to still be playing Halo 3 right now, but after seeing how bad Reach's multiplayer was, everyone has moved onto Black Ops. Which kind of sucks. Modern Warfare Uno was still better.

Persona 3: The whole game did everything so amazingly, but my only problem was that I couldn't talk to people. I mean I could go up to people and they would say things and I could answer back but I could never say something to someone else it really annoyed me, although I do understand it would've been hard to do.
