You know them. The characters that make you sweat, and make you piss yourselves
Yes them fuckers.
To me has been two of them :
- Pyramid Head - When I first saw him my heart beat went sky high. He is the reason I havent finished that game
- Duriel(Diablo 2) - He is the only one that made my hands shake and sweat(maybe it was because I was 10 when I played the game)
So those are mine. Who are the ones that made you feel your pants with wee ????

While you may have only seen him for a few seconds, I only have seven (or eight, depending on how you count) words:

"I'm the lightbringer, I'm the fucking UNIVERSE!"

I don't know what scared me more, the eyes, or the horrible acting.

The fish in Half Life but I do have a crippling fear of fish so what do you expect? haha. Apart from them Iron Maidens in RE 4. You'll be walking along taking out the odd Spainish dude with an axe and then it goes all quiet and you can hear the sketchy breathing and you know its close and you know that you have to use a spiner at close range or waste alot of shotgun ammo.

The doom 3 enemies when it comes to shocking moments, those bastards fucking have me jumping out of my chair all the time, even though they're pretty damn stupid and ugly.

My other bet would simply be the hairy poison-headcrab from half-life 2.
Those things creep the fuck outa me, AND they leap at you.

The Cradle badguys in Thief: Deadly Shadows. The music, along with the weird clicking noises they made, made that part of the game incredible.

Regenorators From RE4 There Breathing Scares The Shit Out Of Me
You are not the only one, I hated the fact that you could walk into any room, hear that breathing, know they were there, but couldn't see them!

Also most of the enemies from SH2, especially the sounds those patient demons make when they crawl, and the radio sounds and the sounds of the giant roaches (the enemy itself isn't very scary but when I hear a tricycle and what either sounds like child laughter or some kind of squeak in a horror game I get really creeped out), and we can't forget about pyramid head now can we!?

Surprisingly, I wasn't too scared by the Condemned mannequins. I can't play scary games for my life but I managed to get through Condemned except for the house part towards the end. That was by far the scariest part in any video game i've managed to get through.

The Men In Black in Deus Ex, until I discovered they COULD be killed.

A seriously pi$$ed-off Big Daddy, until you realised you just had to reincarnate again and again to kill it.

The top one has to be the Chryssalids from XCom. One touch, and a character was zombified, and all you could do was kill him/her before he/she did any more damage. As soon as one turned up, all my men would run away, group up, and wait with guns at the ready. Once you got advanced armour that allowed you to fly, you would hover out of reach, and not come down until it was dead.

The Miniblins in Wind Waker. I don't know what it was about them particularly, but man they absolutely terrified me.

Just the "Dini, dini" noise and then the frantic swinging the camera around all like WHERE ARE THEY and then suddenly there'd be like twenty of them all up in yo' grill.

The regenerators in Resi 4, i HATED the noise they made. Even when i knew they were there and i knew killing them was easy i still didnt like seeing them....
Agree with you there, but for different reasons. They tend to remind me of the other Resident Evil creatures that scared the fuck out of me, the Lickers from RE2. One of the first encounters when you're in the interrogation room and it breaks through the window to attack you, almost shit my fucking pants! Then again, I was 11.
