Scariest enemy/character in a game.

The enemy that was just horrible and you dreaded or character
you were hoping never to face in a game.

Mine was the Hell Knight from Doom 3 being in a dark room with a light
while you hear him stomping around the room *shivers*

Walter Sullivan from Silent Hill 4 (anyone you can't kill that has an smg in each hand deserves respect)

Those bugs in the blood swamp of Demon's Souls (its dark that they are silent)

Cyberdemon in Doom 64 (those hoofbeats get to you)

Kirie from Fatal Frame 1 (when the screen goes black and white you haul ass with the quickness)

Pretty much everything in Deadspace

There are things you remember and things that you can't forget and Steinman's decent into madness is one of them.

Mudcrabs must be the scariest monster ever, since lot's of people have fought Mudcrabs more fearsome than my fully levelelled up Nord warrior who had single handily defeated Mehrunes Dagon and had been to Oblivion and back many times.
I could kill any creature with my bare hands yet there are still Mudcrabs more fearsome than me... they must be f'king scary.

Pretty much any enemy in Dead Space simply because in horror games, if its a good one, your to scared to aim straight, but to kill ANY enemy on Dead Space you can either:

1) waste bout 5 clips of your really limited ammo and really underpowerd weapons OR
2) aim at their legs, whilst there scaring you crapless, and running towards you, with their VERY thin legs, then kurb stomp their heads when they are on the floor and thatrs only the weak ones.

Plus their pretty dam scary when they play dead then get up after you walk past!

Creepers and Husks in Mass Effect (They look... wrong)
The Symbiotes in Spider-Man: Web of Shadows (Zombies but, deadlier)

The anxious paranoia that you feel when you're alone trying to regroup with your teammates, you haven't got neither wards, dust nor a gem and you know he's near and that he's coming for you.
