Scary Glitches!

So today I found out that Minecraft had a major update (1.4.2). And I also found out that my favorite texture pack (Mixcraft) hasn't been updated to match it. Undeterred, I went ahead and installed the update, patched the game for high-res textures, and fired it up. Everything looked just like normal- until I ran into a zombie.

Imagine the startle I got out of that. The arms are missing, the texture makes it look like something out of Silent Hill (it isn't anything like that normally, just a fairly grimy-looking zombie) and its head sort of "warps" when it takes damage.

Have any of you run into or caused a glitch whose effect startled or frightened you? (Bonus points if it affected something that was supposed to be only mildly, or even not at all, scary.)

I was playing the undead nightmare expansion of Red Dead....

the zombies had become some invisible terror eating people alive

one charachter half sunk into the ground and zoomed away faster than I could run

two Zombie charachters I was suposed to kill (the two dumbass deputies) had turned into cougars

in fallout 3 I shot the lookout guy on metagon and he turned into a spastic seazuing spider before falling to the ground

one charachter literllay had a girrafe neck for a few seconds

man that glitched zombie is pretty creepy
I have not seen any thing nightmarish but I have a few

in sykrim I had a dragon skeleton randomly teleport on top of me I found that rather startling

another time I used a glitch to freak out other players in an mmo
in mabinogi (they may of patched it) but when I played in the mining town if you jumped off the cliff at a certain point you would be thrown up to the top of the sky box and could walk around above the map so me and a buddy did it and kept chatting at other players it freaked some out as they could not find us.

also in mabinogi once a glitch caused gave a guild the ability to kill anyone (even other players and NPCs) so they went on a murder spree and pretty much killed everyone
(they ended up banning the whole guild and rolling back the server)
