scholarship in Ghost busting?

just found this little article over at the metro.co.uk about a 21 year old student becoming the worlds first person to have a scholarship for ghost busting. Is it me or are there some really silly degrees people can get these days.
whats the silliest degree you have heard of? And what would your ideal degree be in if you could choose?

yeah that would worry me too. lets hope he doesnt cross the streams either bad things could happen.

I don't see anything wrong with that to be honest. He is being given a scholarship to research, that's what they are for.

There was a German girl who got a scholarship in sex many years ago (I saw it in an issue of Loaded).
