I'd dismiss this as April Fool's, but the source article is dated for the 30th...

I'm horribly confused now.
It's probably their marketing strategy; release the news near April Fools day, get people who finds it rather made up and silly will go "lol wut april fools joke i c." at first.

Than, when everything have been broken down to them, and it's past 1:st april, the makers will go "It's actually rather true." and people might just accept it and be drawn in when the joking is done.

My theory, at least. I personally find it too silly to be real.

I wonder how this will go with Californian's, typically political ones?
Le gasp! Your avatar!

Darn it. Today's date has led me to stop believing anything I see in the News Room.

G.I.R.L.I.E is nowhere near as good as the Eradication of Repulsive Evil & Corruption Team

I don't know, even though it's about 4 years too late, it could still be a pretty awesome series. We could see Arnold solving the country's economy woes, energy crisis, teen pregnancy problem, and global climate change with steroids, fighting a necromantically animated avalanche of subprime mortgage contracts, ending the violence in the Middle East with a new uber heartwarming family comedy that combines the joy of "Jingle All the Way" with the camaraderie of "Twins," the hilarity of "Kindergarten Cop," and the charm of "Junior."

I thought the guardian project was a rather good idea. Combined Hockey (A not very well respected sprot even in comparison to others) and comics and probably brought the "comic book nerds" into a sport they can get into easily (since it seems like most exceptionally good or even just averagely good hockey players make Heroic moves [examples: Any Save by Marc-Andre Fleury or most of Gretzky's goals]). Whether it will do the same for hockey fans to get itno comics I dont know, and I doubt, but meh.

This though... actually this strikes me as kinda funny, since I'm almost positive that Ah-nold has appeared in comics before (I think he was in a Spiderman comic once and was supposed to tackle a social issue).
