Ok guys, I may have a problem here. I've been inactive for a few weeks at a time, only occasionally posting, but checking back regularly for the new content. Lately, I've noticed that I haven't been receiving notifications.

So what I want you guys to do are:

1.) The first guy to answer this thread should quote me
2.) Someone message me and leave a reply to this thread

So far, all I know is that reply notifications and group alert/news aren't coming through for me. This is also to help other guys who might have a case like this.

Although I don't know how inactivity would disable your notification settings. Have you tried adjusting your account details?

I replied to this thread, although I don't see it lasting too long. While at least you're not a troll or a spam bot, these kinds of threads don't last long here.

Have you checked your inbox even when it says you have no messages? My inbox alternates between failing to inform me of my 8 messages and telling me I have 3 message right after I went through and checked them all, and I have to clear my inbox to get it to stop telling me I have new messages when I dont

OK, seems I DO receive the messages, just not the notifications... Weird.

Yeah I can't figure it out, so I just check every once in awhile
