It's true, but it means that the vikings had barely arrived into a terriotry they had pillaged and pludered conquered and already set one up. Although that shouldn't be surprising, since it's a military asset, like a smithy.

As for the dad dancing thing, I read today that a man that talks to a pretty girl and then takes a logic test in front of her will take longer and perform up to 30% worse. Women likewise exposed to pretty boys suffer no relevant effect. The article ended with the sentence 'MEN, THE REAL FRAGILE SEX!', which, come on man.

I doubt it. I believe it would have just been more practical to be prepared to reuse broken weapons than to haul a lot of extras with you.

I've been seeing the octopus story all over the place lately... with good reason, it's the first time an octopus has shown that level of intelligence. Once again, I have enjoyed reading this column.
