SCP: Containment Breach

Now recently I've noticed a new game becoming popular in the Let's Play circles namely SCP: Containment Breach as the title so succinctly says.
Anyway I've yet to see a thread about it here so I'm throwing one in. Once seeing a friend of mine try it in the below video. Skip to about 3:50 for a scare.


Now I after seeing what it was like I decided to try it for myself being free and only about 30mb.
This game is bloody terrifying. You though Amnesia was bad? At least you could see the monster when it was coming. The monster in this is essentially a Weeping Angel from Doctor Who. It can only move when it's not being looked at. Add into this a mandatory blinking mechanic and it's a new constipation aid.

I've played it already and it needs a lot of work. Understandable as it is in Alpha stage, but still, it's a shadow of what it could be. Only four SPC's in the game so far. The statue (with a puzzle room attached); the old man (and by extension the coffin and its pocket dimension) and the transmutaion machine (which is a simple puzzle). The rest of the game is just endless corridors and a room that will probably have some sort of puzzle but isn't fully implemented yet. The blinking mechanic is nice regarding the statue, but isn't needed for anything else and so it becomes an annoyance.

So yeah, I'm not impressed at the moment. It's just an unfinished and buggy game who design mechanics are poorly realised. It doesn't really seem to fit the tone of its muse either. Obviously it's supposed to be horror focused, but its source material varies from comedy, to horror, to [REDACTED].

Where are the rest of the SCPs and how would they even fit into the game? What I would like to see is:

...[DATA EXPUNGED]...

PS:

All these youtubers who film themselves playing scary games and throw histronic fits like little piggies can go and [REDACTED] themselves in the [REDACTED] with a [DATA EXPUNGED].
