The entire Scrolls vs. Skyrim debacle has been one twist after another. First, Notch challenges Bethesda to 3v3 Lawyer Deathmatch (in Quake), and how Notch has been keeping a very light-hearted approach to this whole thing. And now, via his Word of Notch [notch.tumblr.com] blog, he stated that the Documents ZeniMax submitted were made public once they'd been filed.
