There is no amount of money that you could pay me to work that nightmare. Even when I did worked a customer service job, it was at a nursing home. They were kind and polite (most of the time) and I rather enjoyed serving them.
But greedy psychopaths, no. I would rather live on the street then work in that hostile environment.
I want to run a game store someday, but a small one, one where I can kick people out for stampeding. One where the phrase "customer is always right" is forbidden (I will listen to the customer, then decide if they are right or wrong, but never assume they are right).
I demand respect, and I will give respect. But if you disrespect me, my property, my employees, or my customers, I will kick you out faster then a mailman being chased by a dog.
