Command and Conquer: Generals. I'd love to see a reboot or sequel or whatever of that game. I know the franchise has quite a few games in it already, but Generals is one of my favorites.
And I'm pretty indifferent to waffles. I'll eat them when offered, but won't go out of my way.

Final Fantasy 7 needs aha... hahaha, sorry, couldn't say that with a straight face.
i can't really think of one to be honest... most the games i have already have sequels/proper endings to the story, so i don't see why there should be another one.
if you mean they should release another game of it, the i'd have to say Ape Escape. i've just had my annual ape escape fetish though. Laughable-voice acting and script. over-the-top plotline. absolutely brilliant gameplay. Bad vehicle sections however... like, you can get used to them, but they are still bad.
However, i fear an ape escape 4 would enduce main characters with even more ridiculous hair-styles, preposterous gotcha-gadgets but at least some more fun boss-battles and monkey-catching fun.
Plus, the mini-games have been reknowned to be amazing amounts of fun (Monkey Football, Mesal Gear Solid etc.)
I used to like waffles a lot, then they seemed to only come in packets. so my Mum bought a waffle iron, which even though is used sparingly, is still used too often... or maybe thats because i'm forced to eat at least 5 waffles each time she gets the contraption out.

The Darkness and Lost Odyssey. They both neeeeeeeeeeeed sequels.
There is so much potential for a second The Darkness, because the first was based off the comics, and there are so many more stories to tell.

Point Blank needs a current gen sequel (as much as I hate to say it, it would be perfect for the wii)

The current generation of gaming needs an Otogi 3. Myth of Demons was amazing, Immortal Warriors was a minor step back but still good and a third one could well be amazing. An artistic sword play game based on Shinto themes and Feudal Japanese artworks. It would certainly stand out.
Also, obviously Mass Effect 2 needs a Mass Effect 3.
