I've really been excited for Starcraft 2 for a while, Diablo 3 looks like it might be good. I'm interested in Bioshock 2, I would like to see where it fits in with the story from the first game. Assassin's Creed 2 I might look into because I liked the first game, hopefully there will be more to it than there was in the first. Now after finding out that there is a second No More Heroes game coming out I'm really looking forward to that as well.

It would be nice to see a new Zelda game for the Wii, as well as Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2. I would also like to see a Gears of War 3 but I can only hope the chainsaw is like it was in the first game, not so much of a god weapon.

EDIT

Something else I would love to see is for Megaman X9(if they make it) get the Megaman 9 treatment and is made as a 16-bit style game that sticks to the SNES style of the first three games.

I'm quietly optimistic about Deus Ex 3, but then Invisible War was looking good right up until the demo came out, so I don't want to get too excited. Mind you, it looks like Neuromancer and that can't be bad.

Mass Effect 2 is bound to be fantastic. If what they established in the second novel was anything to go by, the biotic powers may be kicked up a notch by the new implants in development and the Quarians may be taking steps towards either finding a new world or reclaiming their home from the Geth. Which would be epic.
