Sequels that NEED to be made!

even though Square Enix rarely makes sequels to FF games, I'ld like to see a FF8-2..
think about it, Ultimicia may be gone, but timber aint free, and i bet Galbadia is itchin' for vengance, infact, Dueling's successor could use vengance as a platform or something..

dont you remember what happened the last time they made a sequel? FFX-2 was made and people everyhwere died a little more inside.

if the original is good then nothing unless the story HAS to be continued

Granted, there's been Heroes of Might and Magic, but it isn't quite the same.

Sorry sir; it seems that turn-based strategy has a lack of demand these days. I still have that game though, and play it in DOSBox. Runs ok when you turn up the CPU cycles.

Is good, but don't rush it. These kind games take time (as Fallout 3 somewhat showed).

Totally agree on the Psychonauts 2. But if they were to remake it, then it had dang well be a good sequel. And though many may not agree to this, I still want an EBA sequel (Elite Beat Agents.) I know technically there's a sequel in Japan but that's the sequel to the original Japanese version. What I'm talking about is a sequel for overseas.

A The Darkness 2 would be nice. Even though Battlestations: Pacific isn't even out yet I'm gonna go ahead and add its next 5 sequels to the list. Also, if anyone remembers these games, another Blitzkrieg game would be nice. Also, a more refined Silent Hunter. Oh, and the next CoH, how could I forget. Next COD of course. Another Battlefield game (I'm still for a remake of Battlefield 1942. It would be Battlefield 1944 (1942 2 = 1942 + 2 = 1944? get it?)

Crysis 2

I really want this, just so long as they actually finish the storyline they started in the first game. I don't want none of that Far Cry / Far Cry 2 crap, where it's only a sequel in name: finish the story, damnit!

To be honest, I really think Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare needs a sequel. I mean, the way they ended that game leaves a lot up in the air. It's a good ending, yes, but there's a lot more they could do after it. Price might not be dead, and Soap most likely survived, so there's totally room to expand.
