Sequels you'd like to see.

Legend of Dragoon. Easily the best non-Final Fantasy RPG in the PS1 era, it had the perfect ending for a "the next generation" game.
Megaman X. I know the series was pretty much dead after X-5, (X-8 wasn't bad) but come on... it's long overdue.
Chrono Trigger. Chrono Cross was easily the third best non-Final Fantasy RPG in the PS1 era. The series could use a third game, maybe.
Metroid. I mean it's been what, 5 years since Prime 3? Isn't it about time for a new sequel? And how about giving her some characterization this time? You know, something a little more to do than run and shoot things. I mean it's not like you're going to turn Samus into some kind of rape/abuse victim, right?
Kingdom Hearts. Ok, enough of this prequel crap, SquareEnix and Disney. Kingdom Hearts 3. Make it happen. (not that the prequel stuff wasn't good, but come on...)
StarFox. Wow, a lot of Nintendo series, huh? StarFox hasn't had a proper sequel in two generations. I want to shoot stuff in space and do barrel rolls!
Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic. No, your upcoming MMO does NOT count as a sequel, Bioware. I wanted KotOR 3. Lets wrap up some stories before you start retconning everything, shall we?

Okay, what I meant was that I wish they'd gotten around to properly releasing The Black Hound (or Baldur's Gate III: The Black Hound). The first game was one of the first 3 Surival Horror games in existance (Along with "Haunted House" and "Alone in the dark"), and boy, is it damn good.
Too bad Resident Evil had to be a Remake "And" A sequel to it, because I think it sucks. Oh well, maybe one-Day Capcom will come to their senses and actually make a "Good" Sequel to this game.
One thing that could be changed is the fucked up difficulty curve.
I mean like, what? At the start of the game you'll have the ceiling almost falling on your ass probally killing everyone in your party before you can say "OMFG-A-GOOD-JRPG???!!!"
Or the whole "You die, you ain't comin' back" Bullshit if where if a character dies there's no-way to bring them back, all you can do is stare at their desecrating corpse for a minute untill getting off your fat-ass and move on.

Punch Out!!! with more boxers and more game modes. The Wii Remake was great, it was just too short and the fun died out beating the same 10 guys up every time.
Oh and it can be a sequel or a remake, but a new Moon Patrol and Q*bert. The PSN and XBLA are perfect for those (I guess WiiWare would work if Nintendo doesn't find them too raunchy or successful so people can still pay for Pokemon Rancher or whatever that crap is called)

Less sequels and more preques for me.
Tales of Symphonia: I loved hearing the final boss and how he came to be, so why not make a full game just showing how he fell to where he ended up.
Final Fantasy X: Jecht's journey. How did he get out of the dream and how did things go for them, plus we get more Aaron and less stupid hair.
And now that actual sequels:
Starfox: I want to fly around and shoot stuff, not a crappy third person shooter.
Megaman X9 and Zero 5: Knowing Capcom, they probably have thoughts on X9, who wouldn't after the reception on MM9&10. As for Zero 4's ending, Zero has cheated death how many times before that? I think he can survive droping from space.
Boktai/Lunar Knights: I just love the series, still annoyed that Boktai 3 never got here.
