Serial Killer, same game, but cleaned up

This is the new thread for the first round of the Serial Killer game.
Round entries are:
1.hopeneverdies- GM, retired
2.Xero Scythe- Dead.
3.Lothae- Serial Killer, Dead.
4.ravensshade- Winner!
5.Pm0n3y- Dead.
6.darkenergy134- Dead.
7.XIII's Number XIV- Winner!
8.rhyno435- Dead.

Every two days, the killer will PM me their victim, I will PM that person who will describe their death in (hopefully) vivid detail.

After that everyone votes on who the killer is. If they are right, the killer dies and the game ends. Get it wrong, and an innocent person is put to death and play continues.

Remember, victims cannot tell people who are still alive who killed them, that's no fun.

The killer is chosen by who can get closest to the number I am thinking of. If two or more people are equally close, then those people have to guess a new number for it. Still completely anonymous

New GM's are the last serial killer.

If you're right in who it is, the killer loses and dies. If you are wrong and pick a civilian, that civilian is also killed. It's a society where you tend to get executed without an actual trial. Unless...

Yeah, I mean PM me.
The killer kills somebody, and then everyone votes on who they think it is. If they get it right the killer dies and the game ends. If they get it wrong, well that person is put to death and play continues.

Well I sent a message to those three, I'll give them 40 minutes to tell me whether or not they'll stick it out. So those three waiting to get in may have a shot.
