Same here. If there's one thing I like about my body, it's my physical strength; I particularly enjoy the intense burn during the workout - I'm really not a masochist, but this kind of pain makes me feel alive.

pretty much this... the aching the day after however, is not the same experience.

Yeah, but the soreness is usually gone in a day, and then you can resume training and push yourself even further! A truly gratifying cycle of good pain and bad pain.

Haha yeah... unless you time it badly and forget you have volleyball the next day... man my legs hated me for that.

No one has tried to stick a spear into me, or recoil from me shrieking in terror when the see my face. That always cheers me up. I know I'm not hideous. Unfortunately, and I've asked quite a few lovely young ladies about my appearance: I'm average. My face is so unbelievably plain and boring. I am not ugly, but I am definitely, DEFINITELY not handsome. People have described my face as being "just...there".

But you know what!? Great. I'm perfectly happy being average. I'm fine with that. Being completely and utterly normal is fine for me. I don't need to be handsome. I just need to not be ugly and already I'm pretty happy.

Exactly. It feels like I'm actually improving my body. And the burn...something a bout it just feels amazing.

This and it gives me an excuse to take an additional shower for the day and I love taking showers. I feel so calm like nothing can bother me while I'm taking them.

Oddly enough, the most confident I have felt in a while was right after I got rejected by a girl whom I had a rather long standing crush on. After reading for a bit to calm my nerves, I went out and had a fantastic time at a costume party with friends. Now I want to take on the world.

That certainly helps a lot. I tend to feel sexier than usual when I'm wearing open shirts or zippy hoodies for some reason... Maybe it's the combination of "fancy clothes" (shirts)and showing off how skinny I am... I tend to be proud of my weight despite the fact that I'm lower than average (8 stone) than other guys, and I'm not sure if anyone's attracted to that...

but generally I think its being comfortable in what Im wearing..and liking what Im wearing, even though I know its not "fashionable" or feminine it doesnt matter because I like it and feel better in it, if I was forced ot wear somthing i hated then I feel terrible

like my sneakers (converse style, not actual sport ones), yeah they arnt overly cool but I hate boots and prefer the feeling of having my feet all snug,
