Anyway, my favorite quote from that list at the moment is the first one:
"I urge you to please notice when you are happy, and exclaim or murmur or think at some point, 'If this isn't nice, I don't know what is.'"

It's a great kind of personal philosophy, especially since everyone seems to want to be cynical to the extreme these days.
