Yeah, I'm generally on board with that sentiment, but two years ago, I was forced to become a "cat dad," and I love MY cat, but the rest can go to hell. I feel like someone who never wanted to have kids, but carelessly got pregnant; I love MY kid, but "kids" are still a hard "no" for me.
