Share your gaming glitches

Hey everyone not reading this, for the first time in a while I decided to post a topic.
The topic? What glitches have you gotten in games recently or at all, I happen to be a glitch magnet so I see them far too often than I should.
I think, either ay I'll start:

Louis here decided to clone himself, not once but twice, and he's unkillable. If you talk to one, they all talk (mouths move in sync) it's very crazy I thought they were just twins at first. I'm wondering how far it's gonna go. It didn't do anything to the driving and vanished shortly after, but it was very funny to see

The guy said he wanted me to fence this car, I'm not sure this is what he meant but...

Any, share your glitches from any game, pics encouraged this is supposed to be funny after all.

I've seen quite a lot on SR3, such as this;

And this seems to happen A LOT;

Oh and on the original Saints Row I found a glitch where if you drove into a particular subway tunnel with a car you'd fall under the map and be stuck in Limbo.
