Sharing Games on Skype Screen Share

Yeah, it's a pretty simple question. I just wanted to play some Steam games with a friend on my PC with Skype, but there was no option under screen share. Does anyone have any advice for a solution to this problem?

Livestream, maybe? Other internet people could see you though.

Any VNC implementation sound be able to do what you want, or even windows remote desktop. What precisely are trying to do? Any of of these systems are going to suck for games unless you have very fast internet in both directions, i.e a 50meg fibre connection.
