got myself laser hair removal when i was 16. don't have to worry about shaving anymore, silky smooth all day everyday, haha.
seriously, it was a worthy investment.
at 16? jesus, how much did that possibly cost/how could you afford it?
not gonna lie, the price is really steep. but considered how much you save on razor blades or whatever other method you use, in the long run it pays for itself. it's just a rather large chunk of money all at once.

very true, i was considering it in the future when i can afford it easier, is it quick and easy or is it something that takes like 4-8 weeks with treatments weekly?

also, did it burn/itch like a mofo? I bloody hate itchiness in the fun zone.

I don't shave/wax/epilate/nuke my ladyparts except to keep everything neat and tidy. I don't want to look like a grizzly bear down there after all, so it's usually a quick trim instead. I don't really mind seeing other ladyparts that are hairless or hairy but I do actively dislike out of control pubes. I consider it part of your appearance and whilst the vast majority of people aren't going to get a glimpse down there, you should still take some time to keep things in order. I imagine other women find men with scruffy, unkempt facial hair to be unattractive. Muff is like a woman's beard to me I guess.

I doubt I would go totally hairless down there, I don't consider pornstars or nude models to be personal style icons of mine. Plus it seems ridiculous to go to all that trouble, expense and pain (in the case of waxing).

Do it all the time. I guess it itched the first couple of times, can't really remember. Now it drives me crazy if I don't.

Obviously the same rules apply as they do to your face: do not shave against the grain, whatever you fucking do.

I shave down there semi regularly as it feels more comfortable and cleaner than letting it go wild. As to how I shave... very fucking carefully I tell you.

capctha: that's hot o_O

Great thread to discover that the capcthcas are massive pervs in.

I would but I only have one razor and I don't feel like buying another razor... Also, y'know, I don't really see the point. If I were in a relationship then I would cuz... IDK, I don't imagine hair there would be hugely pleasant for my lady friend. I'd never expect a gal to shave though, I can dig it...

I don't shave any part of my body and never intend to, I just can't conjure a reason why I should. I understand trimming though if you have rashes or anything similar

it can take just a single session, or a few, but mostly just a handful. the effectivenes largely depends on the colour and structure of your hair. also depends how much you do. you can easily do intimate areas and armpits in one sessin, i had the whole body done (exept headhair, obviously) so it took a bit longer.
the process and the aftermath aren't unbearably painful, but unpleasant. it does hurt a bit, it's comparable to a pretty solid sunburn. but a few days of pain are a small price to pay for a permanent state of being freshly perfectly shaved, i think.

I do if I'm gonna go swimming, although earlier than the day before because otherwise the pool water will sting like hell.

Not really related to crotch, but I shave my armpits, mainly because I find my armpit hair gets in the way of my antiperspirant/deodorant and it doesn't work.

Oh, and I'm a dude.

When I was in my Recruit training for the Royals I decided to shave a few days before a "SURPRISE" big run. Man oh man was that a bad decision. 8 miles. Itched the whole way. I shudder just remembering.

Well sometimes I do, it really depends if THAT place is growing to become a garden.
Otherwise I don't... since Im single. XD

... Also I'm a guy, not to sound wrong or anything but I wonder if there is a difference between male and female.
Some day I shall solve this great mystery!

[sub]... that sounded bad, didn't it. D:[/sub]

I started shaving 'down below' before I started shaving my face so... yes. It's more or less a custom now. I do let it grow out from time to time when I'm particularly lazy but once it reaches certain length, it gets itchy and gets caught up in the underwear and starts wrapping around the thingy... ugh.

No, I'm not sorry about the mental image. You were asking for it when you created this thread.

I do not mind it on women, mind you. It feels kind of weird and I do prefer it when they shave but oh well.

Well I mostly just trim the bush when it gets to long. Although I do shave the boys because I personally like smooth balls, and I've haven't had any problems with itching, or nicks.

I do shave my crotch, though not super regularly. The reason is twofold:
1) Pubic hair is crazy itchy. No hair, no itching.
2) The hair gets tugged when your junk moves around, which is both painful and uncomfortable. No hair, no problem.

I shave the area above my junk with an electric razor, though I can't do this with my berries since my razor cuts up the skin if it isn't smooth and flat. The best solution I've found is using a hair removal cream, which works well, but it sometimes misses hairs.

I'm a guy, never done either.

It's never been a problem nor have I had a reason to. Once I get more settled and outgoing though, I'll probably take care of business down there so it looks better.

I've never technically shaved down there, but I have trimmed myself in the past. There's been times where I felt like I had too much of a bush growing down there, so I trimmed it down til the hair was basically little bristles.

Of course I did an absolutely terrible job, and had some little "bald patches", so I gave up and let the hair regrow.

Luckily though the hair just grew enough to cover the little bald spots I had visible, but it's not exactly a forest down there either.

I've done it once or twice, clean shave with a razor...both against and with the grain. DON'T FUCKING DO IT. NOT WORTH IT.

Since it's summer it's alright to occasionally trim it down, especially since it's so humid around here.

But yeah, a full clean shave...never again...feels awesome for the first day or two, after that it is down the fucking hill for over a week. TORTURE.

I never used to shave down there, I would shave it every now and then, then went through a stage of trimming it very short and recently have taken to compeletly shaving it all off. It certainly makes it look bigger, however this is all down to personal choice :)
