A concert band in the area wants to perform something including only anime and video game music. You know, to pull in younger people that may want to try out the college or concert involved, or to just generally pick up playing music as a hobby.
The problem is two-fold:
1. Finding sheet music for anime or video games is considerably hard to do. Even harder when it's free. And even harder when it's for a full concert band. They aren't going to pay 300 euro for a single song score of Princess Mononoke. The economy isn't that kind to lowly college teachers.
2. They need music that people will be able to recognize, and that sounds good. So it can't be obscure or boring themes.
So far they have a ton of Final Fantasy music, as there's a fan website for Nobuo Uematsu out there with things readily available. Can you guys help me find anything else?
