Now, this is a very popular party game. It works very well when everybody is mildly drunk. Also, when there are at least some girls around to laugh at you, which means that it is just about bound to fail in this community, but fuck this, it's usually a very funny game so why not?
I bet someone have already tried it, in fact, though I don't remember seeing it here.
Anyway I don't know how you call this game where you come from(you must have a name for it?) but around here we call it "She's Totally Cool But...".
The rules are simple enough: each participant asks the same basic question: "She's Totally Cool But (now comes some sort of flaw or quirk), do you like?"(In Hebrew, we say something that would translate as "would you eat?", but it sounds horrible in English), after answering the last question posted(as in, would you hit on/date/a person with the flaw). So, for example:
Albert(begins the game, thus doesn't have a question to answer): She's Totally Cool But she has, like, a hundred cats in her house. Do you like?
Benjamin: Nope, I don't like. S/he's Totally Cool But she is a Twilight fangirl. Do you like?
Christopher: Yeah I guess, as long as I won't have to compete with Edward. She's Totally Cool But she misses an eye and wears a patch, do you like?
......And so on etc.
(In theory you can also say "He's Totally Cool But...", but then again, not nearly enough women-folk around here)
