i have been a fan of the series for a long time and have to say that when it comes to rpgs trying to kill you they got it down...
insanely hard enemies,restricted resources,punishing boss fights i only suggest this series to the determined

difficult enemies,restricted resources, its fun yet hard im sorry its to hard for you people to grasp without me typing out a glossary and intricate backstory and game detail if you dont know what it is dont post lol

its a series of games with mostly unrelated stories and different systems from a post aimed at people who know the series

I think he is talking about the Dark and down right Depressing story's the games have in the series.
I think...

OT: If that's what you are talking about then yea i know what you mean, haven't played any myself but i have seen playthroughs and read some of the story's, they do get painful.

Hmm... I think it's about how the games are really tough, and will often kill you. But I'm not quite sure...

If that is what this is about, then yes. The games are quite challenging.
