Ok so ive been playing skyrim like alot of you have. playing a sword and broad warrior.

a few questions.

level scaling. ever since i got to level 7 or 8 everything seems kind of weak. like 1-2 hit alot of things. can someone explain how and what scales.

i read there are meant to be 5 massive cities. where are these. i have wondered around a bit and he biggest place i have found is dragons reach.

last question. are there multiple region and im stil in the first. cause the map seems a little small compare to what i remember from obilvion. i dont mind either way but iould like to know.

Are you kidding about the cities thing? Just look on the map...the biggest icons are the cities.

If you think the map is small, I challenge you to walk from Riften to Solitude. No fast traveling or horses.

You have to move both analog sticks to get a full-scale view of the map. There are 9 cities, and four of them are quite large. I'm Mace and Boarding and I get assraped by giants and mammoths, yet I 6 shot dragons... I'm not sure who figured out the scaling. A crack-head probably.
Finally you haven't moved at all, so keep walking North. You've got 2 hours to kill right?

I've played ~25 hours and I've been to three cities (Whiterun, Winterhold and Falkreath). All my other time has been spent dungeon diving. The map is certainly not small.

The cities are dotted around the edge of the map, apart from Whiterun which is directly in the middle of the map, with the map itself being bigger than you think.
Plus, how could you miss Whiterun, it's pretty much the first place you need to go and a good place to go to get some good quick cash.

And the enemies don't level with you, like Oblivion. They each have their own levels, equipment and what have you. Try taking on a mammoth or a giant and you'll see what I mean. Save first, obviously.

As for that, each city has its own borders. So crimes committed in one cities borders won't be punished in another cities borders and so on. And as I've said, the map is bigger then you think.

yes the level scaling is kind of strange
i kill three dragons before breakfast yet i just met a shirtless bandit mage who killed me in three hits

as for the cities, they are large symbols on the map, hard to miss.
go to your local carriage driver and pay to go to some of them, they really are massive

the map itself is huge, the map may not always show it but it really is

also i dont mean to be a Grammer Nazi (or a hypocrite)
but there should be a comma in your title somewhere
