Shogun 2 resolution issue (Direct X11)

I have looked around the internet and I still can´t find a solution to this issue.

When I play shogun 2 on D9 settnings it all works splendidly, but when I change it to D 11, I get a problem.
I only get one half of the resolution on my screen, there the singleplayer button and up to the options button then its out of the border. There is also another issue, when my cursor is way below for example the "singleplayer" button it is suddenly selected.

This makes it impossiable to click the "options" button since I cant get low enough for it to be selected. I have fidddled around with console commands, settnings on my widescreen monitor and the preferenses file in the shogun 2 directory and I cannot get it to work.

I would imagine there's a safe mode launch for the game somewhere in its directory, should launch it in 800 x 600 or something similar.

If you have a Nvidia card then you should (I think - haven't had a Nvidia card for a while) be able to force the resolution to be different in the Nvidia control panel.

Sounds like it should be in the "preferense file" but I could not find it. I also tried to use a console command to make it run in a window but that has not worked either.
