Shogun 2: Total War Mods?

I've been looking around and it seems there are now quite a few mods for the game floating around, including a few overhauls which apparently improve the game but don't stray from the vanilla version too much.

Before I bothered with bothered with downloading/installing any of these, I was wondering if anyone had tried any mods for the game?

Spoiler: Also, increased troop numbers. Holy jesus

Unfortunately Shogun II isn't very moddable, one of a few reasons that I didn't really like it in spite of it's setting being one of my favorite periods of history.

Darthmod for Shogun II is where you should go if you want the best Total War experience.

Is there a mod where I can turn it into Medieval 2.5? That's the mod I want.
