So I just got done watching this. And it got me thinking, would any of you, with reason, think that Bronson should eventually be released? At the end he pretty much says he's only violent in prison, and he could just go and be an artist if he gets out.

I've just asked a friend of mine who used to be a prison guard and did in fact guard Mr Bronson at HMP Woodhill...

He simply said, "fuck that"...

I defer to his judgement...

I like this Bronson better.

OT: Nah, he needs to stay in there. I wouldn't want to run into him on the streets, period.

Do the crime, serve the time... for every life he ended he should serve a generation imprisonment. So yeah, there till the end of his days.
Did he actually kill anyone?

No.
Sorry, in the middle of a heat wave here, am a little bit delirious trying to stay cool, and for some reason I thought the topic was about breivik... jumped the gun. If I just watched the video for a second I would have copped.

Move along folks, I'm just being an idiot.

200 acts of violence in 4 years? hell no, he should be not be released any more than you would throw a live grenade into Grand Central Station. Imagine him snapping at a civilian rather than a prisoner. Releasing him is just asking for trouble

Who is this man, and what has he done? I only get an actor that died some years ago when I look him up. But if he is a criminal he has to do his time.

He's Britain most violent prison inmate or something like that.

He's too dangerous to release, I heard he liked prison?

Seems like it would be hard for him to adjust now. But I don't think you'll really find an appropriate answer from random people on the internet; psychiatrists and prison workers who actually have experience on his case will be able to answer this question much better than anyone here could.

The way I understood it, he was a guy who liked to be violent for violence sakes. Like when he was a child, he thought being tough was cool. So whenever there was a situation where he could react with being violent, he'd be violent. For instance, he made a sport of fighting prison guards whenever they came to get him.

Never killed anyone, and apparently is very artistic. He just liked crime.

I believe the story of Jack Henry Abbot is apropos here.

The man is clearly psychopathic, and psychopaths - especially the more intelligent ones - are not to be trusted; even more so than regular criminals, given how charming and persuasive they can be.

Well, if he's breaking laws in prison he should stay there, because I don't think he'll suddenly see the light more likely outside of prison than inside. Also, if he's artistic, give him a colouring book or something, that should sort him out.

" On 12 November 2010, Bronson was involved in another incident in Wakefield prison?s F Wing, when he stripped naked, covered himself in butter and attacked six prison officers. Covering himself with butter made him harder to restrain. Another six prison officers were brought in and finally restrained him."

Anyone who does stuff like this is probably best in prison for all he claims he could be fine outside he could very well be just as crazy.
