I am really torn between this game, I really like the currency idea, but I'm also not sure how they're doing the rest of the multiplayer like if there will be dedicated servers. Feedback would be great but it would be nice if there could be no "Treyarch is an horrible developer don't get it."

Well since you mention dedicated servers, I assume you are a PC player. Well I am happy to inform you that PC version of Black Ops will have full Dedicated Server and Mod support.
