i played the open beta for a full month.. and everything you guys said is pretty accurate, the only downturn is that there's just Too Few Maps...
YES!!!!! OMG! YES! 30 minutes at a time for me. its fucking STUPID! other than that its a fun game, i set aside MW2 when i got it. I stopped playing now because i got heavy rain but ill pick it back up soonVENN724 said:

Well if you like FPS's and don't mind using console controllers (PC shooters > console shooters IMO) then it boils down to two questions: 1) do you like working with others as a team to accomplish something greater than yourself or are you a MW2 man who needs to charge in rambo style and kill as many MOFO's before you die? 2) are you willing to sacrifice some graphics in order to get a typically smooth latancy, A.K.A. less lag? If you answered yes to both, you many very well like this game and should look more into buying it.
My mate has this game and I was watching him play a few days ago.
From what I could see the actual "concept" is good. The whole teamwork thing is heavily promoted and you get points for listening to what some random tells you to do. If you have played alot of online games you will know that teamwork generally doesn't happen that much with random people and that was the biggest flaw I could see with this game.
The game also promotes itself as this huge battlefield, 256 players etc. While this is true, there are this many players playing, but in reality you will generally end up coming across and shooting the same guys over and over because of where you spawn.
The graphics are terrible but they are not trying to be good. they had to back off on alot of the fancy stuff to make the game playable with that many players. Also the gameplay is soooo slow compared to other shooters.
Overall I would say its ok but there are better online games out there.
