See, I need a job. I have no job. I want some income, and I want to get my ideas out into the public, especially where there's lots of criticism for my work and articles. The escapist seems perfect, but I'd like to ask you guys first. Should I contact them to write for them, or should I find something else to write for?

The Escapist has no money. Please look into the Extra Credits issue that revealed cases of late and/or missing payment to content providers.

Hey, we're not stopping you. If your stuff is any good, then why not? The exposure and the cash wouldn't hurt anything.

On a slightly more realist note though, it wouldn't hurt to keep looking for a job. Never good to put all your eggs in one basket, especially when it comes to making a living. Writing jobs are highly competitive and you really need to eat in the meantime. :p

Me too.

However you phrase it, this is sound advice.

Also, get a haircut.
