I'm a consol gamer born and raised. But I play team fotress 2 on 360 and I love it but it gets boring with no other maps, or weapons. Is it worth it to buy it on PC?

Sorry about that I had PS# I meant PC

Huh? Did you mean to say "PC"? Valve doesn't actually support the PS3 anymore, do they?

Why would it be more worth it on the PS3? That didn't get the update either. In fact, EA handeled the port to the PS3, so it's generally considered a bad port, as opposed to the decent port that is the 360 version.

If you meant the PC, yes, it's worth it.

Go for it.
I don't play it and I can tell you it's the smart thing to do, better yet, it's the Escapist thing to do.

Go for the PC, you get updates and developers tools to make even more maps! If you know how to of course...

For a second I thought it was one of my threads. Anyways if you have the PC to play it on then go for it, never played the game but alot of people are going to say that.

Yes. TF2 is A changed game on the PC, which is what I assume you meant in your initial statement. It is about 1000 times better on PC than on console.

Get the PC version. It is without a doubt the definitive version, and it gets updated FREQUENTLY.

EDIT: Oh, and with the PC version, you can play with your fellow Escapists on a server without the typical idiots that fill the XBox 360 servers.

I believe they only patched the PS3 version to fix the glaring flaw of IT NOT WORKING. Then up and left for Microsoft waters.

Too bad you didn't ask this question earlier when they had a massive like 90% off sale on steam for some new update i believe.

Honestly i didn't know valve even went through the trouble of creating a ps3 port.

I can tell you from first hand experience. DON'T. DO. IT. You'll regret it. It's just the same map over and over and over. 2fort this, 2fort that, enough!
You have no Idea how much I wish I got this game on the PC. *whimper*

They didn't. The PS3 was all EA, Valve had nothing to do with.

If you're finding 360 isn't getting much TF2 support, PS3 sure as hell wont be getting any. Valve really aren't big on the PS3. Hence why EA did the port of orange box, and why ps3 didn't get either l4d game.

All I can recommend if you want to improve your TF2 experience is get it on PC if your PC can run it. Otherwise, just look for another online game to play.
