can anyone tell me what the anime otacon was watching was called - it had a giant robot doing a kamehameha :3
Also, I hate the be that guy but when you find a hidden block in super mario bros it doesn't have the question mark on it, it is just a blank box.

Keep at it guys. You have some great ideas and amazing dedication to sets. Something is missing but when you strike gold it is going to be brilliant.

As usual, there are some great ideas here but they're poorly executed. Each of the sketches this week had an absolutely brilliant concept behind it but didn't come close to using the full potential of the idea. There were a few laughs, particularly the hopscotch sketch which was unexpected, but you could do so much better! It saddens me that this show is missing out on what could be something exceptional. As it is, it's very hit and miss. An idea for a sketch isn't enough on its own, you need to follow it through. I seriously think that a bit more effort on the writing would go a long way here, or possibly the editing (not sure quite what it is but it's a bit off). No complaints about the acting either, the Snake impersonation was rather good and you clearly put some time into making that cardboard set. Just keep working at it, I know there's some comedy gold in here somewhere.
You pretty much said what I wanted to say there. This was a good episode though, definitely an improvement on last week, but whilst overall I like this series it does feel like it could be better with a bit of polishing.

Personally I think everything is a little too reserved, I liked Otacon as an annoying roommate but it could have been played up a lot more and he actually wasn't that annoying it just seemed Snake was being a bit of a dick for no real reason. Also the hopscotch cube was a clever idea that made me smirk but it probably would have got a laugh out of me if the girl had reacted a little more, I think if she had knocked herself unconscious I would have lost it completely. And I saw the coffee table coming but it was still amusing, however that sketch could have done with a bigger punchline.

As Hamster at Dawn said it all feels a little rushed, getting the scripts produced before an idea is fully formed, but I'm still looking forward to the next episode and I agree that the cardboard home was very impressive.

On a side note what the hell has happened to the other competition winners? These guys have produced four episodes now and apparently the others have done nothing? Have I missed some important information about this?

I like this show, the acting is decent enough and it has enough absurdety going on to stay interesting.

I guess I am biased to Metal Gear (I hope I'm using that in the correct context to state how much I love Metal Gear) but I laughed consistently throughout that sketch.

I also loved the "?" box skit. I didn't know where it was going.

The "Darkest Day Ever" game is very clever but not as funny as it could have possibly been, but I did laugh at the Braille joke. I'm laughing about it now.

I would definitely put Solid Snake's Box sketch in my top 10 favorite sketches on this show, Of course, the LBP sketch is probably going to always sit at number one.

Great sketch.

I loved the box bit did not see that coming. How long does it take them to make this stuff!?

I would live in that box.
It would have been really funny if gamesterbation had been on the tv in the background in the box.
This show I approve.

I loved Snakes little "home away from home" box, how many cardboard boxes did you use for that bit? I liked the little touches like the cardboard fish and all. The mario block bit was cute and sadly... I'd buy "Darkest Day Ever" as well. D:

Great show all around guys!
Thanks! We definitely had a bunch of cardboard for this shoot. But what makes it a lot easier (but harder to find) are long boxes, we covet those. So hang on to them if you got em! One of the trickier things to do was not damage the cardboard too much because we wanted to save it for the LBP sketch.

Zone of the Enders. I think it was the first episode.

Since this episode didn't quite click for me but I see potential, I should probably give some feedback. I think the strength of the series creators might lie in their shorter, almost non sequitur bits. I agree with the others that noticed the concepts are interesting, but sometimes the flow or timing seems off. It may be that the bits should be shorter. In this episode the clever hopscotch bit is what worked best for me.

I really liked this show! Better than the last one which was at times quite awkward.
I actually lol'd this time (like laughing out loud) several times! :)

It's difficult to say if something should be shorter or not. The snake sketch (^^) for instance was perfect in its length. Really depends on the main joke.
btw the comments of the character on Darkest Day Ever like 'huh?' 'ouch!' 'what?' are hilarious! good idea! :)
Keep going!

Makes me think of a new theme song for MGS:

"I'm in a box!/I'm in a box!/Can't see me 'cause I'm hidin' in a box!"

(To the "I'm on a boat!" theme)

Nice episode. Hidden ? mark block? That's high-quality shenanigans, right there. And I was totally waiting for the coffee table to come up. Thanks for delivering!

Fun Fact:
Ezio has his own box in AC:B. When you see Leonardo again for the first time you think the voice is coming from a cardboard box that doesn't fit the time zone.

I wonder if they realised this when they made the episode.

Edit: You also need a theme tune.

I liked the effort put into the box house. It was very epic and looked awsome, but I didn't find the sketch funny.

I found the short of the girl playing hopscotch hitting her head on a hidden [?] funny.
I sniggered at a few lines in the Darkest Day Ever.

I just found the rest of it a bit neutral.

Overall I don't think it's a series for me. I just don't find it funny/entertaining enough. Sorry.
