My current background on my netbook (the only one I've changed since the last thread) is three pictures on a loop, they switch every three minutes. The images are stills from this animation, it freaks people out when they borrow my netbook, open a browser, close it and the picture has changed!

Incidentally, anyone good at resizing GIF files and reducing their file size? I'd love that as an avatar.

I'm quite the Fight Club fanboy.

As for Firefox persona, I just use the standard background. Personas were just something that I never got in to. I can see why people would like them as some of them are genuinely impressive; I just didn't like how the background could be a variety of colours whilst the foreground stuff (toolbars etc. aka stuff that you use) was a consistent colour, which often ended up for me with the background obscuring the text for some link in my bookmarks toolbar. It's a petty complaint but it was something which I thought needed to be considered before choosing a new aesthetic and in the end this was just what made me finally decide against personas.

And I don't have an XBox or a PS3 so I'm not commenting on the other thing.
