I'm so close to finishing this game and completing my mission I can taste it, but one goddamn boss is blocking my path. If you claim that you have completed this game then you know exactly who I am talking about, you liar.
Colonel. Fucking. Volgin. Is undefeatable.
I have tried so hard to kill this guy, and I swear he has no weaknesses. I can't shoot him, I can't knife him, I can't punch him and I can't blow him up with a grenade. I can't attack him from the front, back or side and I can't punch him. I can't equip a gun, switch to my knife and then attack him when his surge attack is blasting a wall.
The closest I've come to doing anything to him is grabbing him in a headlock and choking him once. If I try to choke him more than one he counterattacks. If I try to slit his throat he counterattacks. And I'm not stupid enough to try and interrogate him.
But he can hit me. He can hit me hard. His surge attack homes in on me if I'm carrying a weapon that isn't a knife and takes off a good tenth of my health and all the ammo in my clip. He can punch me hard and make me vomit...?
Ocelot is completely useless since the ammo he drops has to go into guns I can't use and my call function is useless since my teammates' tips are total lies.
I find it extremely hard to swallow that this boss fight isn't on TV Tropes' "That One Boss" page. Am I missing something, or do I just suck?
