Silent Hill Downpour?

So, it came out today the price and poor/middling reviews makes me weary. Anyone pick it up yet? This is coming from someone who has played and enjoyed 1-4, Origins was 'okay I guess' and SH:FM was 'naw, not s'much' Is downpour a return to form or more action-gamey again?

I haven't even seen it anywhere, and that's including game shops that aren't currently sinking faster than a brick tied to the titanic. Although, all the recent (crappy) silent hill games have been well publicised...maybe it bodes well?
