Silly question from PS4 NOOB

Hi guys,

If I delete a game from my PS4 and want to reinstall it later will I also need to redownload the updates? I know my save data is separate so I have no fear for that. If the updates are not deleted, swapping out games when the HDD is full will be painless, but the need to update on a connection here in China means I'll have to plan when to reinstall stuff.

I cant tell you how it is exactly as I dont own a PS4, but if the devs werent idiots it will probably work like the other consoles where you can see the game installed and the big updates seperated, meaning if you delete the game they stay there. If you dont see those updates I guess its safe to assume that they will be erased
