SimCity's Futuristic Expansion Pack Touches Down in November

Okay, can someone please tell me how many people are still regularly playing this game? I really want to find them and ask them why because this makes absolutely no bloody sense to me.

Now if we could just use that future tech to remove that infuriating parasite of always online DRM, and break the impenetrable force shield of white dots surrounding the cities then I might actually consider giving them my money. After all they'd need all they could get in order to nurse this now stagnant, rotting, failed abortion of a game back to full health.

Why are these EA people still so retarded? Why don't they simply do with SimCity what Valve did with Team Fortress 2? Give players the control and the ability to create content. Let them sell it and get in on that action. Why aren't more developers doing that? It's making tons of money to Valve and the community loves it.
