Only one word matters in a Captcha, so you can safely assume it's the second one there. The other one is random scanned text that you're being asked to essentially perform OCR on using your brain. The "test words" underwent the same process and are the words with a high degree of agreement among users. Since there's nothing recognisable in the first word, agreement will never occur despite a large number of trials and the word will eventually get thrown out.
