I know this game hasn't sold that well and I was having doubts in buying Sims 3.
Well i enjoyed a LOT the first sims but either the money or my PC stopped me from buying Sims 2.
I played Sims 2 for consoles and i feel it to different, it wasn´t the same, so i was having doubts.
Anyway I HAVE THIS FEELING I NEED TO TELL YOU THIS GAME IS AWESOME. Is close to the PC version and thats pretty good, so really if you have played any SIMS game and want more, you are boring because every FPS is the same, this game is for you, it has a lot of challenges and I don't know you can spend HOURS in this game, because there are lots of things to do.

THE GOOD

-So there are like 50 achievements pretty hard and challenging(Yeah, I think achievements can improve the game experience)
-There are some challenge that give you points, and with that points you can buy perks and they are pretty useful.
-Addicting
-You make your story and the time you want to spend playing.
-Is a Sims game, it brings something "different" to the table, since last years the only thing we see are FPS.
-You can customize your furniture

The BAD
-There are some strange things, for example I get married but the girl didn't move to my house. It was like, yeah were married but I live in my house and you live in yours, this is pretty funny, you have to ask her/him to move in and live with you.
- I think DLC is a little expensive.
My grammar is not the best, english is not my first language.

Really? I had the assumption it was going to be shit. After The Sims: Bustin' Out for Gamecube and all. (Naughty title is naughty.)

Anyways, I got bored with the Sims years ago, but it's still nice to be surprised every now and then.

I never understood the appeal behind the sims...

Although it is possibly the most pure evil game out there. House on fire? Remove all the doors. Stick someone in a pool and delete the stairs. Lock someone in a 1x1 box with no windows or doors... and so on.

I can attest to the awesomness, the Sims 3 is one of the best ports of a PC game on a console I've ever played.
It's also still addicting as all hell.

No, this is very simmilar to the PC games, anyway i got bored of the first sims but playing this one is so addictive. You got a lot of challenges that unlock some points and with that points you unlock some perks.
And also you can modified any furniture, clothes and things like that.
