now I know zp already did this(I loved it by the way)but the guidelines said anything(although I think it said to put system reviews in game discussion)so I decided to do a quick review of sims 3
the sims 3,sequel to the long running give-yourself-a-god-complex franchise has been out a while and that gives me(and you)to have enough time to experience most of what it has to offer, which is plenty, and little,In different ways.No longer taking the loading screens out of going about town, which is good because it used to make me loath going out.the aging process has been altered right down to disabling it(which people have sadly not all found in the options)you can now choose the life span via a slider, but unless your wishing to really dedicate yourself to a sim, just either set it to a minimal or turn it off because the biggest option is called epic for a reason(960 days?!).good news for this review is that the patch for the disappearing sims(via having too may people in town)has been partially fixed by not kicking out customs, allowing for that town of customs you thought about before saying screw it and playing the game.the act of creating a community lot feels shallow with most locations being simplified or dumbed down, making it feel almost pointless.this does however allow you to keep your attention to your sims and their respective houses.with the pattern tool you can make small tweaks to clothing and furniture,or go completely insane and have chameleon home(mix all same pattern/color house with all same pattern/house clothes)or just make it look slightly insane.personally I love having the power to make sims urinate themselves to death(ask me how)or insta starve them or set ms crumplebottom on fire(i may have a problem seeing how I used to try to set babies on fire).the lowered amount of motives makes you feel less bad when you cheat fill them.all around a good game if you want to control gibberish speaking people(I do)or a game that can run itself if you need to do something(I just pause).so yeah i'd give it a pick it up but thats just me.oh I forgot traits, they are good, but the negative ones will be ignored more often than not(sorry I did not mention earlier my computer typing is actin funny).
now tell me how badly I messed it up,I will just laugh(thanks to xbox live)
