I played it for a couple hours... Fine, an entire afternoon and evening. While I like the idea and the game itself, and I'd really like to continue playing, I just can't bring myself. I keep finding "better" things to do.
Unlike World of Warcraft, for example, which I intentionally avoid and despise.

Yes, I'm an Admin on both of the servers I play on. The different blocks you're talking about are from classic, not Alpha. That's why they look different.

I bought it a while ago. I'm surprisingly enthralled... and me and my buddies can't wait for the multiplayer to be improved for survival mode.
It will truly become something great to see player run villages trying mutually to survive when the game evolves.

Why is everyone just remaking pixelated images? I love this game, but that's not exactly creative. It's impressive, but it's just about as creative as buying a lego product and building it with the instructions.

I'd love to see some original stuff if anyone feels like posting it.

Well, I just got started on this stuff, its really interesting building it and seeing it come together. Its great for starters, since the game is pixelated by nature. I'm going to start working on 3D models relatively soon.
