Sinus Headache, someone kill me!

I am fully aware this is the last place to ask for medical advice, but I've run out of viable options.

If you had a splitting pain in your upper-left temple, which medication or treatment would you use? So far I've tried Nyquil and inhaling steam, but to no avail.

Aspirin? Maybe?

Otherwise, try sleeping. That always helps.

just keep it warm (put a cloth of some kind over your entire forehead), drink an aspirin and go lay down and try to sleep for an hour or so. This usually helps me. Other than than a good temple and forehead massage helps as well.
