For me it would be awesome to command an entire army at my will. A good name would be 'Lightning Army'. Now to find a proper fight to mix into...

So now your opinion; If you had the chance, would you command an army, a legion or a squad, and what would be the name for it?

P.S. Keep in mind I mean IRL.

I'm fond of the name "6 pack" for a six man group (Cable's mercenary team in marvel used this). I told my mate whose in the Australian infantry this and he quite liked it, they're meant to have 10 man sections but usually end up with about 6 men sections.

That said I'd rather command a super hero squad (I'd need powers of course).

Oooh, it would be the biggest army in the world! And I'd conquer the Land of Chocolate with it!
The name would definetly be Chocolate Addicts, and we'd fight with waterguns filled with liquid acid to make sure those mofo chocolaterabbits wouldn't repair themselves!

A legion. It just seems more LIKE me to command one.

If you knew me, you'd know of how I created a massive nation-state named Atala (originally for the purposes of having a detailed backstory for my D&D character) and wrote a lot of associated lore.
For example, the Atalean military typically operates in legions as well as simultaneously employing elite combat squads for different purposes such as assassination and subterfuge. Atalean legions are very tight-knit. This is why I can definitely see myself commanding a versatile legion instead of a single squad or an army. It's the incredible feeling of having 10,000 (or more) powerful and heavily armed men at your side, fighting to protect and support one another in the midst of combat while Nidhogg riders fly overhead incinerating entire squads of your enemies, Atalean riflemen coming to your side to kill the archers harassing you and your men as a friendly team of Atalean snipers take position somewhere to cover your approach by taking down enemy siege weapon operators as well as any surviving archers... etc.

Sorry, got carried away there.

You get my point, yeah? Entire legions working together as one massive team.

Soldiers of Torture. 'nuff said. Or maybe Soldiers of Misfortune.

If it was a squadron of fighter planes, i'd call them "Maccaroni squadron".

I'd like an army of Succubi. They'd be hawt like Desire Demons and just as dangerous. Taking over the world would be both fun and sexy xD

Hell yeah I would do it. And I might if I cant find more gainful employment in the next few months. Maybe its the result of too much 40k but i love the ring of "Imperial Guard". ...you may refer to me as the Lord General!

I would command a small group (like one team, whatever the special military name for that is). We would all be very in-sync and would have one-word responses that mean entire sentences soo that operating is quick and efficient.

BTW, the group would be about 10 people, 4 snipers for cover fire, 2 close-range specialists with knives and M4's, and 4 fire-arm specialists with M4's, Grenade launchers and pistols. So I would have a good spread with strength at any range.

Also, they would be called The Janitors, because they sweep an entire area clean without ever being in any real danger (because they are that good).

A small group of Helghast like soldiers with no official name. Scares people more when they don't know who or what they're fighting.

I would rather the power to command any person to obey me.
Then people wouldn't even be able to tell who was on my side.

Other than that, I think that "The Ultimate" would work well as a team name.

Commander Meatshield of the 13th Cannon Fodder Division, reporting!

Command of the Minestomper Engineer Brigade would be fine too.
