Skeleton from SuperTed, who had the personality of a cowardly, camp & effeminate gay man... although because this was a children's cartoon, he didn't have a stated sexuality, but he was blatantly a gay stereotype (and described as a "flamboyant gay skeleton" by its creator).

Those are good questions. I'm only going to talk about Scorpion because I haven't played Darksiders 2.
Hard to say, I mean, he is... sometimes?
