Sketch Quest - What Will You Draw

Hey Everybody,

I'm the audio designer from a group of game design students at the Vancouver Film School and a long time reader of the escapist forums (finally registered). We recently wrapped up development on our final project and we would like to get feedback.

I don't know if this will be considered advertisement or not because it's a game. Either way, you probably shouldn't come here just once to post your game. But anyway...

Played the first level so far. It seems pretty fun. I've drawn all my things as a penis. Yeah I'm childish, so what!

EDIT: I like the art style and the sound effects. BEE BEE!

"Pilot to bombardier" Most annoying enemy. Also, "football, football!"

It's and interesting little diversion. Made a classic toy ray-gun design for my gun, a scimitar for my sword, and my throwing chain looked like a fireball.

The draw your own enemy was great. I did a shout out to the Doctor Who episode "Fear Her" and drew a ball of scribbled lines as my enemy. Come to think of it, I should have drawn my melee weapon as a sonic screwdriver. I just might do that next time.

I will say the enemies saying things over and over again got a bit annoying.

Lastly I will say the ability to rocket jump was cool.

I never even thought about taking screenshots. Hmm, I'll see about playing again tomorrow and making some.

The ray-gun kind of looked like something Stewie Griffin would pull out in "Family Guy".

SO MUCH SILLY!
I approve. I like the active backgrounds 'n such- fun to look at, but not distracting.

Though the movement of the enemies are a bit hard to predict; some seem to have no pattern, and facing them without moving into them can be tricky.

Wait...

You made a game promoting user-created content, then don't put in a way to save files to your computer?

How do you unlock the other stages? I could only do the first one.
