In Red dead if you free form your a idiot not to use Auto aim, everyone else is. There is no "least i'm not using it" feel better morale high ground to cling to when everyone in the game will do it.

Why I like when you get the PVP games that force it off.

That would not draw question. It's when you see the jumping bean jackass in say MW2 who can jump kill someone with his M-16 with a head shot, 180 super spin and blast 3 people with a nade launcher 150 meters away mehind a dumpster you start to go.... yeah right.

Oh where has punkbuster gone.

I was accused of wall-hacking when I killed a guy multiple times through walls while he was a boomer.
Obviously, it had nothing to do with the fact that the boomer is so fat that its flab sometimes cuts through the wall and shows on the other side.
Or that there are only so many places to hide in the hotel.

I can't imagine playing a multiplayer game with auto aim built in, although I must confess it was something of a joy to try and out-reflex a talentless hacker in CS with a one deag. Any game that attracts a large population is going to attract a lot of idiots, and idiots will accuse anyone better than them of cheating, because the world revolves around each and every one of them.

i've been accused of cheating in RDR as well. this posse of two attacked me when i entered the public match and i killed both of them, and they kept coming after me, so i kept killing them, the group of 2 soon became 4 as they got other people to join them and still, i kept killing them, theyre tactics were just terrible. in the end they voted to kick me.

Me and my friends get accused of cheating all the time. We usually slaughter in Modern Warfare 2, so people get mad and accuse us of using modded controllers, aimbots, and using "cheating tactics."

Yes, I was accused of having a modded controller because I racked up my kills on MW2 by using a USP. I have a very fast finger and managed to pile in a good lot of bullets before they could kill me.

For some reason everybody either thinks I have a wall hack or a modded controller. But the average community of MW2 really doesnt qualify as "smart"

I get told on an almost daily basis that I'm being "reported for having an automatic FAL" in MW2 on PS3. Or they accuse me of having a modded controller. Apparently its my fault their UMP45 isn't as fast as my FAL.

I used to get accused of wallhacking and aimbotting in the original CoD. However, I've never cheated in an online game. I don't believe in it.

As far as accusations go, I used to accuse people of cheating in the original CoD. I was right about 90% of the time(they were usually busted by Punkbuster).

I've gotten it once in Halo, but that was it. Sometimes, if me and my friend are talking to each other, I like to call hax on everything, just for fun, to see how everyone reacts.

It's not cheating, you're just smart enough to realize "Hey, I can legally and fairly exploit this.' Everyone can use it, so it's not cheating. I hate pricks who ***** and moan "That's not fair, you're cheating." No. You just suck. Just because someone's good, doesn't mean they cheat. Hate to break it to the person who spends their whole life glued to Live, but there will always be someone better than you.

Yes, I have been accused of cheating. Give me a shotgun and my FAMAS and you will all die, even from across the map. They also say I move too damn fast. I fly planes. I have fast reflexes. Deal with it. If you think it unfair, the secret is high sensitivity.

Sorry for the rant, I just hate these kinds of people. So much for all's fair in love and war.
Sensitivity is all opinionated, so I don't see how its a secret for everyone, Sounds more like your secret.

yea, in MW2, Battlefield Bad Company 2, Counter Strike:Source, Supreme Commander 2, and Alien Swarm
I have never cheated in online multiplayer, that includes intentionally exploiting glitches
good internet, good computer, properly calibrated mouse, and plenty of experience can make anyone a cheater
Also a few good gaming buddies (4 person ACU rush in Supreme Commander 2, causing a record victory in an 4v4 map got me called a cheater)
um... i think thats it...
oh and Battlefield 2142

Only time I accuse someone is when they actually follow you thru solid walls and shoot the split second you appear. (and the obvious aimbotting hack itself)

Only time I've been accused of Cheating was in CoD2 with a score of 38-3, most of it were spawn kill grenades and campers going back to the same spot. Then again the player who accused me has a habit of accusing all us Admins saying "you just get away with it because your Admins"
...Pretty sure if we did, we'd be banned ourselves by the higher ups...

While I have never been accused of cheating (because I steer clear of multiplayer games in general), I have had friends who not only have been accused of it, but reported for hacking, as well. The kicker was my friend had a relatively new piece of equipment that allowed for floating above the ground, and they were accused by no less than 3 different people as soon as she'd gotten it that week.

I sometimes notice people who do exceptionally well and while I DO think about "gee, how'd they do that" it doesn't always turn to cheating. Usually, I suspect people of exploiting cheap tricks, glitches, etc... which isn't really cheating, anyways. But more to the point.. in an offline game, I fully endorse cheating because it's your game, play it however the hell you want. But yeah, don't do it online, because it'll just piss people off. Like in Saint's Row 2 how a cheating player can effectively screw up other people's games.

Have I been accused of cheating? Yes.

Have I accused someone is cheating? Yes, but only with good reasons.

Like in L4D2 when someone is going at a full on run, knowing where all the special infected are before they spawn, and headshotting them the moment they do spawn? ...then yes, they're cheating. No one is that good.

I've been called a hacker because someone spawned as a Boomer, behind a wall...so I threw a Boomer Bile jar at it and hit him with the splash. He called me a hacker...the moron was a Boomer! You know, loud "Blurgh-blarb-blurp" noises that echo through half the level, and he decides to spawn before I reach a point about three feet in front of me. Moron.

Wasn't the only time mind you, but still the funniest.

It's fair because it is one of the games main shooting mechanics. Have I ever been accused of cheating because of doing well? No, I usually don't do well.
