Sky broadband problem?

Ok now i know what your thinking "omg he has another problem" i ask you this question beacause i trust you lot the most..so plz tell me to stop if it is anoying you?

Anyway there is a problem with my sky internet evry time i try and go on world of warcraft or xbox live it lowers down to a tiny little red corner of the screen which of course causes problems we can't change provide beacause sky is the only one with a dish around my area? now i do have a netgear box which worked really well..but will only work with the wireless adpater
so i have a question could i plug in both Netgear and sky into the same phoneline or can only one be in? i am confused?

I had a problem with BT internet...
They kept sending me out the wrong equipment, then they had to cheek to charge me £80 for their own stupid deeds.
The guy on the phone talked to me like I was a retard too, I tried so hard to not swear at him and slam the phone down.

Have you rang Sky and asked about it?
It's the only thing I can suggest, I'm not very good with technology, sorry.

Ok just did a speed test..what a load of b*****
it says i can download 1145kb and upload 316 and 88ms so i dont get
(and i mean this quite litterly) why it toke 3 days to download world of warcraft patches with the firewall down, ports open, peer to peer disabled wtf!! is going on?

Speed is nothing if you don't have bandwith.

Also, the escapist probably isn't the best place to be asking these sorts of questions.
