I'm sorry if this has been done before, I searched it and couldn't find it.

Sky is supposed to be coming to 360 some time 'The middle of October', incredibly vague.
I saw an advert on tv for it today yet I can't find a release date or anything about prices.
Is that just me missing something incredibly obvious or are Microsoft and Sky being vague to annoy us?

They have it for 'Autumn' on their website, but Facebook and Twitter for the 360 are both down for the 17th November.

You'll need a gold account to watch sky, but the Sky subscription fee will be free if you already pay for it i.e. a Sky box for your sattelite dish.

Wow free =] Thanks.
I was half expecting Microsoft, being the money grabbers they are, to charge us something stupid like another £40 a year for Sky

Lookup Skyplayer on their site if you're interested. That is what you'll get (i'm guessing). I subscribed during the Ashes (it was a free trial). It was alright. Doesn't work on the Ps3 as it needs Microsoft Silverlight installed. I think you'd have to pay for it though even if you're a Sky customer cause it's like the multiroom thing...

Yes!
They'll probably charge us a ridiculous amount for it anyway, so no one will bother.

You obviously know this so I'm gonna ask you: Do you need gold for the Facebook app?
'Cause my parents wont let me get gold.

And when is it due Europe?
Sorry, I think Twitter/Sky/Facebook are all gold only.

Vis a vis the release dates; I think the 17[sup]th[/sup] itself is the Europe date for Twitter and Facebook, as it's the Europe version of the website in which it is stated.
